PHOSPHOR BRONZE

Is an alloy of copper with 05-11% of tin and 0.01-035% phosphorous, the tin increases the corrosion resistance and strength of alloy, the phosphorous increases the wear resistance and stiffness of the alloy.

Grades like PB102/104/-BB-1

Application of phosphorous bronze is in the manufacturing of springs, bolts and various items used in situations where resistance to fatigue wear and chemical corrosion.

GUN METAL

Also known as red brass, is a type of bronze an alloy of copper tin and zinc, gun metal casts and machines well and is resistant to corrosion from steam and saltwater.
